This is the biggest red flag. Downloading cracked, portable executables from torrent sites or file-hosting services is a primary vector for malware. Keyloggers, crypto-miners, and ransomware often hide inside these modified .exe files. Since you aren't installing the software formally, you are bypassing many of Windows' security checks.
