This is where many people get stuck. You cannot program a key with just the PIN and a phone. The PIN is the password. You still need a tool to talk to the car. You will input this PIN into your key programmer (like an Autel, Xtool, or a dedicated Hyundai scanner) to authorize the addition of a new key.
