Directed by Christopher Smith, Triangle follows Jess (Melissa George), a single mother who goes on a sailing trip with friends. When their boat is capsized by a mysterious storm, they seek refuge on a passing ocean liner called the Aeolus —only to find it seemingly deserted and haunted by a masked killer.

Once on board, Jess experiences intense déjà vu. A masked killer begins hunting the group, eventually killing everyone except Jess. After a struggle, Jess pushes the masked killer overboard. Just as she thinks she is safe, she hears shouting from the ocean—it’s her friends and another version of herself on the capsized yacht, arriving at the ship to start the cycle again.
