"Q Plus" is a generic brand name used by many Chinese manufacturers. There are multiple hardware versions of this box (different RAM, WiFi chips, and processors). Installing the wrong firmware can permanently brick your device.
Unless your Q Plus is Widevine L1 certified (most are L3), Netflix is limited to 480p. A firmware update cannot fix DRM limitations. q plus android tv box firmware update
