If your unit has a brand (e.g., Eonon, Pumpkin, Seicane), email their support with your MCU version. They may send a private download link.

If your current firmware works fine, do not update. Only flash if you have a specific problem or want a visual refresh.

Power on the unit. Many 8227L stereos will automatically detect the update on boot. If it doesn't auto-detect, go to Settings > System > System Update

: Insert the media and power on the unit. Some units will auto-detect the file. If not, tap the center of the screen repeatedly during boot until "detected" appears in green.
