Generic admin scripts do exist. For example, popular legacy scripts like CMD-X or Infinite Yield offer a suite of admin commands. These scripts scan for "Remote Events" (the way the client talks to the server) and try to exploit them.
These are external scripts (often found on GitHub or Pastebin) that require a "script executor" to run.
