You can often bypass the software resetter entirely by putting your Canon G2000 into Service Mode manually using the physical buttons on the machine: the printer but keep the power cable plugged in. Press and hold the Stop/Resume button (the triangle icon). While still holding the Stop/Resume button, press and hold the Keep holding the button and release the Stop/Resume button While still holding the button, press the Stop/Resume Release both buttons
