⚠️ Critical Reality Check First Mortal Kombat X was never officially released for the PSP. The PSP’s last MK game was Mortal Kombat: Unchained (a port of MK Deception). What people call “MKX PPSSPP” is usually one of these:
A modded version of MK Unchained – with MKX skins, moves, and UI mods. A fake/renamed file – often just MK Unchained or another fighting game. A PSP homebrew fan game – very limited.
👉 No actual MKX port exists for PSP. But if you want the closest experience (modded MK Unchained with MKX characters), follow below.

Step 2: Download & Install PPSSPP
Android: Get from Google Play Store – free, no ads. Windows / macOS / Linux: Download from ppsspp.org .
Installation: Just open the APK (Android) or run the installer (PC). A fake/renamed file – often just MK Unchained
Step 3: Transfer the Game File On Android:
Create a folder (e.g., PSP/GAME ) on your internal storage or SD card. Copy the .cso or .iso file there. Open PPSSPP → tap Games tab → browse to the folder.
